Many talented graduates are left submitting their resume alongside hundreds of others only to discover the reality of "it's not what you know, but who you know." Employers are faced with judging several applicants on a 15 minute interview. How can you be sure you've acquired the right asset for your team? Are you willing to invest the time and money into developing an applicant when their future is an uncertainty? With NuGrad you don't have to! We provide employers with entry level employees on contract terms. Each applicant is hand picked and assigned a mentor. We are not providing temporary labor, our goal is to mold our applicants into great assets for our clients. In doing so, we will provide our applicants with a chance. A chance to prove themselves.
